Terms for US orders:
Free shipping by Media Mail in the US. No handling fee!
Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 days. Sales tax of 8.875% is applied to orders going to New York State addresses. You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit card, or with your PayPal account, if you have one. You do NOT have to open a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card; as you proceed through the checkout, you will be given the choice of paying by credit card through the secure PayPal interface without opening a PayPal account.
If you prefer to order by mail, please send your check to Solutions, Order Dept., 22-70 27th St., Long Island City, NY 11105-3133. Orders to be shipped to New York State addresses must include sales tax of 8.875%. Prices including sales tax for all orders to New York are $18.45 for one copy, $36.91 for two copies, $55.36 for three copies, $73.82 for four copies, and $92.27 for five copies. Prices for books shipped to addresses outside New York State are $16.95 for one copy, $33.90 for two copies, $50.85 for three copies, $67.80 for four copies, and $84.75 for five copies.
Terms for international orders:
Unfortunately we cannot accept online orders from outside the US at this time. But we would be very happy to take your order by mail. Payment must be made by International Money Order in US dollars. Prices are as follows, and represent the cost of the book ($16.95) plus the cost of shipping to your region by First Class Mail International, with no additional handling fee added:
Canada: 1 copy, $21.96; two copies to the same address, $42.83; two copies to two different addresses in Canada, $43.92.
Mexico: 1 copy, $25.20; two copies to the same address, $48.35; two copies to two different addresses in Mexico, $50.40.
Any other country: 1 copy, $27.71; two copies to the same address, $51.54; two copies to two different addresses, $55.42.
